Dubois Agrinovation is the result of business acquisition and restructuring. In 2004, we acquired Dubois & Sons Limited, a well established and well known company, specialized since 1945 in irrigation products. This purchase was the first step toward the creation of an independent entity that would offer a larger range of irrigation products, and of plasticulture, and of floating row covers, and of harvest containers and farm equipment for plasticulture. On June 30th 2005, following the reorganization, Dubois Agrinovation was created to usher in a new era in agriculture.

Price

Due to the nature and constant changes in the plastic industry, we cannot publish our price list. Prices are determined by the volume and the time of year at which the purchase is made. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Credit Policy

For all new accounts, or if the situation requires it, we ask you to complete and sign a credit application to establish your sale terms.

The customer is bound to send his payments to the company office. All amounts due or unpaid will be charged 18% yearly interest fee.

Warranty

Items returned for exchange, replacement or repair must be accompanied by the invoice. Please advise our office of this return beforehand.

Shipping

Orders can be shipped by courier service or by transport companies in the United States and Canada. We also deliver with our own trucks in Quebec and Ontario.

Customer responsability

After delivery, the customer takes responsibility for any loss or damage made to the products. The customer will assume the risks and obligations of full ownership. The company and its suppliers will not be held responsible for any claims regarding material loss or damages to a person caused by the ownership, the use and the operation of the products or by any services rendered by means of said products. If the customer decides to take charge of the delivery, his responsibility will start when the product is picked up by his carrier.
